Thank you for purchasing products from How To Get a Date - HBC. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
The How to Get a Date 1:1 Course Refund Policy:
1. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm enrolment in the Course.
2. The Client may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session without a refund.
5. Refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Company and will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
6. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days.
Honey Badger Supplements Refund Policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1. Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
1.2. To qualify for a refund:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
1.3. Refunds are not available for:
Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of defect or damage during delivery).
Digital or downloadable products.
Products marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable."
2. Damaged or Defective Products
2.1. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
2.2. For damaged or defective items, you can choose to:
Receive a replacement product.
Request a full refund.
2.3. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products only.
3. Return Process
3.1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@howtogetadate-hbc.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your product.
3.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during delivery.
3.4. Ensure that returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7ā10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
5. Exchanges
5.1. We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued.
